Why is it we seek friends

Is it because we are afraid of being alone

So how do you classify a friend

Is it the time we spend together

The secrets we share about everything

The first date as a friend

Or the first baking that we did together

And why does it end so badly

Was it because after she died

And that left a mark on you

And me that will separate both of us

Or is it you have fallen for me in some point of time

But I was too caught up with her to see that

Or was it the time you started ignoring me

Or the time when you decided to take my number off your phone

Well, I dont know how it is now

Does friendship only exist in school?

Or is it a forever thing?

Even if we dont talk

Even if we dont make eye contact

Are we still friends?
