Youth Alive Qld

I’M AWESOMELY PUMP and it’s 25 pass 12 am. I’M STILL FREAKING PUMPED UP MAN!!!

It was such as an AWESOME concert. It was a butt-kicking adrenalin pumping concert. The concert starts off with Antiskeptic playing. They played 3 songs and it was awesome. Antiskeptic ended with Dancing on the Inside which is the song that everyone knew. The drummer was crazy because he was drumming like a person on drugs. If I get the chance, I would be like him - head banging, breaking drumsticks, and play like there’s no tomorrow. People were going off but they had to be stop because it was dangerous and it may get out of hand. When the Youth Alive Queensland band came up, it was time to get serious with their new songs and some old ones. It was so good their songs. After 3 praise songs, I think it was 3.

It was time for REGGIE DABBS!!!! *GOING CRAZY*

I have forgotten to mention some stuff. A guy name Steve Bush and he is wicked. He change some songs’ lyric into Christian e.g. soldier boy – he made it so funny, one of Eminem song, and another songs that goes like this ‘Jump around!!! Jump around!!! Jump around!!!’ it was an old school song.

Then it was on then REGGIE DABBS!!!

He made the crowd said AIK!!! Because he miss home which is in the States.

Then he did his famous thing “My G.O.D is B.I.G!!!” with his partner which is Steve Bush. The crowd was going wild. Then Reggie took out his blowing instrument which I don’t know what that is but he does this in one of the conference. It was so cool. Reggie and Steve also did the Christian version of Can’t touch this. It was so funny. You see a big size dude dancing around. After all the fun stuff that he got the crowd to do.

There was boy interrupted Reggie when he was about to talk. Reggie said this to him “Boy, you are just a jump away from being belly flatten. I’m gonna sit on you and your mama is not going to see you.’ I was laughing so hard. It was such a good night.

Reggie told a story about a young girl and her father started a Christmas Eve tradition where they dance. The little girl’s mom died giving birth to her and at her dying moment, she told her husband to love and care for her daughter. As the little girl grew older, she was 16 and feel in love with a boy down the street. On the night before Christmas Eve, she chose to run away with her boy instead of dancing with her dad. Her boyfriend and her stay at her boyfriend’s brother place for 7 days but the place was small. So, her boyfriend just told her that he never loved and she was alone in the street with $4. So, she decided to stay at the Salvation Army where there’s food and shelter for $2 a day but her kept telling her to just go home. In the end, she stayed but at the second day, she kept wondering how she is going to survive. Yet her mind kept telling her to just go home. She got a part-time job at a convenient store. Her ex-boyfriend brother found her there and told to take a box filled with mails from her dad. She line up all the letter which has been send to her every day since she ran away from home. She never opened any one of the letter. Then, she saw a girl holding a lot of money and keeping it. The girl told her that she just has to dress up and dance for other people. Somehow, she knew it was wrong and she should just go home but she dance for another person. Then as months go by, it was December and it was Christmas Eve. So, she told herself that she would work harder to forget about the tradition that her dad and she made. As she was about to get dress, she say a letter with no stamp and she knew her dad hand deliver it. She put on her coat and she left for home. She arrived at a door with the letter in her hand. She rang the doorbell and her uncle answered it. Her uncle got her dad and her dad put on the recorder. She ran into her house and hung her dad.

It was such a nice story.

I got the YAQLD new CD: God is for me.

To wrap this up, Reggie Dabbs is awesome. To see him in person was able to make me smile again and happy. He is such an awesome person.

After the concert, there were stunt motorcyclists who are called JC Epidemic. It was jaw dropping stuff. I will show you some video but it’s a bit blur though.

That is from me and it’s 1:45 am now and I got sore leg from jumping around.

Peace out, peeps!!!

Btw, the concert is butt-kicking adrenalin pumping awesomely super duper wickedly sick.
